Dreams of War in the United States

"We are given in this church and in the gospel protections, and that's because God knows far better than you or me or our kids know that we're going to be in combat. I think part of the reason half of the Book of Mormon - some 40%, some gigantic portion of the Book of Mormon - is about war, and we say, 'What on Earth is that all about?' Well, I think it's because war is the metaphor for the last days, and the book is for the last days, and so heaven knows those sweet kids of yours are going to be on the battleground." (Jeffrey R. Holland, For Times of Trouble, 2012)

These dreams left me with a feeling of dread and a strong urge to warn others of the potential dangers that lie ahead. The fact is that I believe it's going to happen sooner than later.

In my dreams, I witnessed a catastrophic war that devastated the United States. The first thing I saw were multiple nuclear attacks across the country. It was a terrifying sight to see, and I knew that many lives were lost.

Next, I saw Chinese warships sailing towards the US coast. One of the ships fired a missle, and in retaliation, a US aircraft destroyed the warship. However, this didn't stop the Chinese soldiers from parachuting through the clouds, ready to invade.

As the soldiers landed, they began using their automatic rifles to kill innocent civilians. The scene was chaotic, with people running and screaming in terror. I remember seeing them trying to escape by running up the hills, hoping to find safety.

Suddenly, I saw a rocket fly over my head, and I got the impression that it was headed towards another state. For some reason, I felt like it was going towards Utah.

I also saw chaos and destruction, people resorting to violence, robbery and killing. This is a reminder that in times of crisis, there are those who may choose to act out of fear, desperation, and self-preservation.

Finally, as I was driving down the street, I realized that the streets were completely empty, with no one in sight. I searched for my family, but I couldn't find them anywhere.

In the midst of the chaos and destruction that I witnessed in my dreams, I felt a sense of hopelessness and despair. But then, I remembered the power of faith and prayer.

In times of trouble and uncertainty, prayer and faith can provide comfort and strength. We must pray for guidance, wisdom, and protection.

As terrifying as my dream may have been, it's important to remember that we should not live our lives in fear. Fear can paralyze us and prevent us from taking the necessary steps to protect ourselves and our loved ones.

Instead of succumbing to fear, we must remain calm and level-headed in times of crisis. We can do this by focusing on what we can control, such as preparing emergency kits and developing evacuation plans.

In addition to comfort I received in one of my dreams, I heard a sudden knock on my door. As I approached the door and opened it, I was surprised to see Jesus standing there. He looked at me with a serious expression and spoke in a calm, yet firm voice. Saying: "It's Time."

Elder Boyd K. Packer shared these encouraging words:

"Our young people in many ways are much stronger and better than we were. They and we should not be afraid of what is ahead.

"Encourage our young people. They need not live in fear (see D&C 6:36). Fear is the opposite of faith.

The Lord said, “Take upon you my whole armor, that ye may be able to withstand the evil day, having done all, that ye may be able to stand” (D&C 27:15)." (Do Not Fear, General Conference, April 2004)

"Wherefore, he will preserve the righteous by his power, even if it so be that the fulness of his wrath must come, and the righteous be preserved, even unto the destruction of their enemies by fire. Wherefore, the righteous need not fear; for thus saith the prophet, they shall be saved, even if it so be as by fire." (1 Nephi 22:17)

Let us not fear, but instead face the challenges before us with courage, faith, and hope.

Awake From a Deep Sleep and Receive the Gift of the Holy Ghost

Posted on January 9, 2021 by Jared

Authority Restored

The restoration of the gospel through the prophet Joseph Smith restored many things that had been lost from the earth. The authority to baptize and confer the gift of the Holy Ghost was among things lost. John the Baptist restored the authority to baptize and confer the gift of the Holy Ghost when he laid his hands on Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery (JS-History 1:67-74).

There are many blessings associated with receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. Joseph Smith wrote about the change he and Oliver experienced immediately after receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost:

…so soon as I had been baptized by him, I also had the spirit of prophecy, when, standing up, I prophesied concerning the rise of this Church, and many other things connected with the Church, and this generation of the children of men. We were filled with the Holy Ghost, and rejoiced in the God of our salvation.

Our minds being now enlightened, we began to have the scriptures laid open to our understandings, and the true meaning and intention of their more mysterious passages revealed unto us in a manner which we never could attain to previously, nor ever before had thought of… (Pearl of Great Price, JS-History 1:73 – 74)

Our Responsibility

The manifestations of the gift of the Holy Ghost are available to every baptized member. However, experience has shown that church members have a responsibility to seek after this gift. Unless we seek, even diligently, we may never experience it.

One of the obstacles we have to receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost is a lack of desire. Church leaders have taught that it is human nature to rely on ourselves when things are going smoothly in our lives, saying, “God helps those who help themselves”. This trite summation to dealing with our spiritual life can be costly because those who typically say this are those who rely on the arm of flesh, something that we’re expressly told not to do (2 Nephi 28:31).

It seems that we need to have difficult circumstances before we will humble ourselves and seek God diligently. The problem is some church members collapse spirituality before they find God. For those who do find God it would have been far better to have paid the price to know God before overwhelming trials came upon them.

I remember the first time I learned about the children of Israel who were bitten by fiery snakes and could have been healed by gazing on a pole with a man made serpent at the top (Alma 33:20-22). Many were healed by this simple act, but there were also many who would not look at the pole and died as a result.

I couldn’t believe that anyone would fail to look. But as I have grown older and had more experience I have observed similar aloofness from reason in myself and in other church members. For example, we’re told over and over again the importance of receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost but many church members are like the following description given by Spencer W. Kimball:

“[There] are Church members who are steeped in lethargy. They neither drink nor commit the sexual sins. They do not gamble nor rob nor kill. They are good citizens and splendid neighbors, but spiritually speaking they seem to be in a long, deep sleep. They are doing nothing seriously wrong except in their failures to do the right things to earn their exaltation. To such people as this, the words of Lehi might well apply: ‘O that ye would awake; awake from a deep sleep, yea, even from the sleep of hell, and shake off the awful chains by which ye are bound, which are the chains which bind the children of men, that they are carried away captive down to the eternal gulf of misery and woe’ (2 Nephi 1:13).” (Teachings of Spencer W. Kimball, p149)

Self Assessment

I hope all of us are experiencing the gift of the Holy Ghost. But I think it is important to do as the apostle Paul advises, and be ready to give an answer, especially to yourself, the “reason of the hope that is in you” (1 Peter 3:15)? Another way of saying this might be to ask yourself if you have received the gift of the Holy Ghost. If you have, what manifestations have you experienced to evidence this? Can you list three reasons for the hope that is in you?

1.

2.

3.

If you are able to quickly list three evidences—wonderful! If you struggle thinking of three evidences, then you had best ask yourself, why?

I have gathered a few statements that may provide help to those who have difficulty listing three evidences. These statements may not be easy to read, but they contain much wisdom for those whose hearts are not hardened.

That’s why the Lord, in the revelations, lays such emphasis on gifts. It is through the various gifts distributed among us that we are able to get into the act. We are told repeatedly both to ask for gifts and seek for gifts (D&C 42, 46). Among the last words of the Book of Mormon are “Do not deny the gifts, do not reject the gifts” (Moroni 10:8). On the other hand, we are commanded not to ask for or seek for office. Yet nobody seems particularly interested in asking or seeking for gifts, while men constantly plan, scheme, and aspire to office. Martin Harris and others actually left the Church because their services were not recognized by high office. Martin Harris, who had the privilege of standing in the presence of an angel and turning over the plates, wanted an office in the Church, something which would only be temporary and a nuisance. Why let me talk to Moroni for five minutes and I’ll give you the pleasure of sitting on the stand forevermore! “Brother Brigham Challenges the Saints”, Hugh Nibley, P. 435.

Second, our soft-spoken apostle shares his thought on this question:

Unfortunately, some in the Church may believe sincerely that their testimony is a raging bonfire when it really is little more than the faint flickering of a candle. Their faithfulness has more to do with habit than holiness, and their pursuit of personal righteousness almost always takes a back seat to their pursuit of personal interests and pleasure. With such a feeble light of testimony for protection, these travelers on life’s highways are easy prey for the wolves of the adversary. Joseph B. Wirthlin, “Spiritual Bonfires of Testimony,” Ensign, Nov. 1992, 34

And last Elder Kimball calls it as he sees it:

There are many people in this Church today who think they live, but they are dead to the spiritual things. And I believe even many who are making pretenses of being active are also spiritually dead. Their service is much of the letter and less of the spirit. Spencer W. Kimball , CR, Apr. 1951, pp. 104-5.

Brother Nibley, Elder Wirthlin, and Elder Kimball provide reasons why church members fail to acquire the gift Holy Ghost. As I read their words, I listed the following thoughts:

1. Seeking things of the world instead of the things of the Spirit (D&C 30:1-2).

2. Serving in the church out of habit and a sense of responsibility, but not loving and serving the Lord. (Matt. 25:1-12).

3. Some are spiritually dead because they are blinded by the precepts of men. (D&C 76:75)
What Shall We Do?

All of us can do better. All of us can grow in the gift of the Holy Ghost. The solution is just about as simple as “looking”. We need to train ourselves to consistently and sincerely do the basics of spiritual development. Following is a list that comes to my mind as I write this blog that can help each of us to do as the Apostle Paul taught, “Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the [spiritually] dead, and Christ shall give thee light (Ephesians 5:14).”:

1. Repent, if you can’t think of anything to repent of then you haven’t been reading the scriptures.

2. Pray often and sincerely. Take time to talk with the Lord. Hide nothing.

3. Read, study, and ponder the scriptures, and the words of the living prophets.

4. Seek to fulfill your baptism covenant by pleading with the Lord to bestow the gift of the Holy Ghost.

5. Seek for the gifts of the Spirit. Have you ever fasted and prayed for a gift?

6. Record spiritual experiences in your journal and appropriately bear testimony of them.

7. Pray for power in the priesthood for yourself or your husband, father, etc.

8. Attend the temple often. Think about the significance of the covenants you’ve made.

9. Sustain and pray for all church leaders, especially those who impact your life.

10. Make progress in your genealogical and home storage responsibilities.

11. Forgive those who have trespassed against you. Forgive yourself.

12. Pray for the leaders of your country.

Funky Experiment with COVID-19 Numbers

Jul 21, 2020, 2:58 PM (email by James Prout)

Hey Marco

Funky Experiment with Covid 19 Numbers

I was waiting for someone to do this.

Well late last week, someone did it.

They intentionally scheduled a Covid 19 Test and then left the line early to see what would happen.

Sure enough...this was their story...from a NEW STATE OF COLORADO REPORTING.

"On Friday I scheduled a COVID-19 test at the Pepsi Center in Denver. I have no symptoms and had zero intention of going but I wanted to conduct an experiment based on recent discussions. I did not attend or take any test. I received a phone call yesterday telling me my test was positive. I informed them I didn't attend the appointment or take a test and that their records were incorrect. I was told and I quote “Your positive test will count towards numbers and we'll follow up in 14 days”. Hmmm... Sure seems like the numbers are bull**** to me 🤬 #scamdemic #plandemic Ruth"

Yep, THAT just happened
So, our own little group just had someone testing this out and it happened just as expected. Apparently anyone who takes the test is now positive. Even if they don't take the test. This was done intentionally and had the expected fake outcome. And it was done in a NEW different State. Which means this is a national operational plan.

I'm calling "bullcrap" on all the numbers that you hear on the radio and tv for your State. "Bullcrap" on the mandated mask usage, justified by these high case numbers. "Bullcrap" on State lockdowns that are continuing to make people suffer from loss of employment all because of these high case numbers.

And if that wasn't enough...

This just in from Florida...

"James,

I can add to this. I'm a dentist down here in Florida and one of my dental assistant's god mother was tested, got a call 2 days later saying she was positive, but in the mail, the report read negative. So she had to go back to get retested...hasn't received the final result yet.
E.J."

Which means even when the physical test was negative, you are still being counted as positive.

And I think this one is from Utah...

"Hey James,

Yep, it's all bogus. My mom's cousin died of a heart attack 2 months ago, and they classified it as a Covid19 death.
Regards,
Larry"

Again, a classification of Covid 19 upon a death that is totally unrelated. Remember, this is all from our little group. If our little group is having these situations arise, what in the world is happening to the rest of the nation?

And I think another one from Utah. This one is special, it appears that this lady didn't even signup to take the Covid 19 Test. They approached her after a visit to the hospital from an accident injury !!!!]

"My neighbor who is over 80.... Told me today that the Hospital called her to say that she has been contracted positive for the CORNAVIRUS

She had an accident about a couple of hrs ago and never goes anywhere

Her kids come by to clean bring her groceries and so on.....

Shes not sure how or where she could of contracted the virus...

And the weird part about it is that she not even running a fever or showing any illness signs

So weird"

And from Texas in our group

"A couple more from Texas! I've heard friends with with the same story of leaving before being tested and then receiving positive results in the mail.
I also have a nephew in Odessa who is in the Fire Academy. The trainees have been helping with Covid testing. He said, at one facility they tested
about 700 people. Out of that number, only 14 or so came back positive. After the facility did a "recount" they changed the number of positives to 44. TL"

And this one from Utah (I think). Somehow the entire household tested positive for Covid 19 with no symptoms and then all got retested and all negative. Have a look...

"And yes, my neighbor's household including my 12 year grandson Derek all tested false positive to Covid19. Retested, all were Negative. Derek had no sign of illness for 3 weeks now!!!
Roy"

So, this means that the test put 100% of a person's family with a positive rating for Covid 19 with no symptoms. Then just a little while later, when tested again put 100% of the person's family with a negative rating for Covid 19. Something is seriously wrong here.

It appears we cannot trust any of these public numbers from now ANY STATE, period! We are on our own.

This situation reminds me of when the media says, "the sky is falling!" It would be better for us to know everything is just fine.
And when the media says, "everything is just fine." Watch out - all heck is about to break loose.

Exactly the opposite of reality.

Now for the Public News

Steve Eagar in Texas reported this on Twitter: @steveeager

"The State of Texas today had to removed 3,484 cases from its Covid-19 positive case count, because the San Antonio Health Department was reporting "probable" cases for people never actually tested, as "confirmed" positive cases.-"

What does that mean? Texas (and apparently many other States) since May 18, 2020, as reported by Alex Jones here: (https://banned.video/watch?id=5efab695672706002f367a0a) have changed the rules so that "probable cases" are now counted with the standard "cases." If that wasn't bad enough, the media testimony above shows that people that don't even get a test are counted as "probable cases" just because they asked for the test. And then those "probable cases" are counting toward "real cases."

This explains the whole boom in the number of cases you hear on the radio, tv, and internet. And it is a plan nationwide...because even in our own little group we are seeing this now across 6 states of different regional locations in the country. (Florida, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Idaho...and that is just in our little group.)

What Comes NEXT?
This is easy to see about a MILE AWAY.

This is what someone would do if they wanted to create more fear in the populace. Thus, this is the next step.

Inflate the death numbers.

And we have already seen strong evidence of this already happening.
Call all deaths across the country Covid 19 Deaths. Thus, on the graph it will "appear to be a spike in deaths."

And this gives the Mainstream Media a potent news story to "put the populace in fear."

Plus, this will give more justifications for State lockdowns and widespread fearmongering in the news media. Plus, this will hurt the stock market and Trump's chances for re-election.
Do you see how all this lines up with the agenda?

So, Where Does This Leave You And Me?
Where does this leave the regular people trying to make a living and live through this psychological operation being performed against us?

We must realize the Covid 19 is REAL. Do not fall into the trap to think it is fake. It is a real virus causing real harm. But that harm is being overblown for the purpose of THE OPERATION.

#1. Read-up quickly on how protect yourself - The material is found here: www.LastDaysTimeline.com/helpful-education
Why do this? Because at this point, we will NEVER be able to know the true Corona Virus numbers in our own community. Thus, we won't know how severe it is actually getting near us.

#2. Get the products needed to prepare with what you want to prepare with. Stock up

#3. Apparently, there is no need to listen to Corona Virus news anymore on the radio, tv, or internet. For it is all "bullcrap" and part of the operation.

#4. tell your like-minded friends and family what is going on. And show them the proof.

#5. Wear the mask for "current social norm standards" not for protection standards. Remember, if your mask is not an N95 mask (like most everyone's isn't now) stopping an airborne virus passing through it is like trying to stop a swarm of mosquitoes with a chain-link fence. ahhahahahhahhah So make sure your Oxygen levels are HIGH while wearing a mask.

Using this information, it becomes apparent that it is time to change. Change how we think about Corona Virus.

We want to protect ourselves against it. But, not give-in to the Operation going on around us.

So, load up on education quickly. Then it is time to see prophecy in action as the Operation going on around us will eventually collapse the EU and usher in the BIRTH of the Kingdom of God. Watch out for this Fall.

For now is the Summer of Forgetfulness. Prepare while there is time. It is about to get rockier.

This whole thing smells of Tyranny.

It is time to learn how to protect yourself. These books changed my life.

Joseph Smith and Messiah Ben Joseph

In Jewish tradition, Jonah is sometimes identified as being, or being similar to, Moshiach ben Yosef – the Messiah ben Joseph.

Messiah ben Joseph is one of the Four Craftsmen of Jewish tradition, four figures meant to herald in the final destruction of Jewish enemies. This story comes from a prophecy in Zechariah 1:18-21. Rabbinical teachings identify the Four Craftsmen as Messiah ben David, thought to be the Savior; the prophet Elijah; the Righteous Priest, identified as Melchizedek; and Messiah ben Joseph.

According to the tradition, Messiah ben Joseph is said to be coming in the last days, prior to the coming of Messiah ben David. He will gather the children of Israel around him, march to Jerusalem, overcome hostile powers, re-establish temple worship, and set up his own dominion, or kingdom. Gog and Magog will gather their forces and wage war against him and kill him. His corpse will be hidden by the angels with the bodies of the Old Testament Patriarchs, until Messiah ben David comes and resurrects them all.

Taking all of this symbolically, W. Cleon Skousen identified Messiah ben Joseph as Joseph Smith:

In spite of the alteration of Genesis, however, the orthodox Jews have retained a rich tradition about a latter-day descendant of Joseph who would come to prepare the way for the great Messiah. References to this modern Joseph, whom the Jews call “messiah ben Joseph,” can be found in the Talmud, the Midrash, and the Jewish Targum.

These traditions say that the latter-day servant of God would be a descendant of Joseph through Ephraim, that his mission would commence about the same time Elijah returned, and that ultimately he would be killed.

All of this is summarized with sources cited in a book by the late Dr. Joseph Klausner of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Dr. Klausner’s book, The Messianic Idea in Israel (New York: The Macmillan Co., 1955), devoted the entire ninth chapter of part 3 to a discussion of the “messiah ben Joseph” tradition. Yet it always puzzled Dr. Klausner that this tradition should be so thoroughly established in Jewish lore, even though there was no reference to it in the Jewish scripture.

Had Dr. Klausner lived a little longer, he might have met some of the Mormon scholars who are doing scriptural research in the Holy Land. They could have explained this mystery to him and shared with him the good news that this great Jewish expectation has now been fulfilled. “Messiah ben Joseph” has come, and so has Elijah.

In 2007, Trevan G. Hatch wrote a paper elaborating and expounding on Skousen’s work, entitled Messiah ben Joseph: Jewish Traditions and Legends of a Latter-day Restorer that is well worth the read.

According to Hatch’s research, Messiah ben Joseph will be second in rank to Messiah ben David, and will not have atoning power. The two will work together to bring the gospel to the world, and Messiah ben David will protect and shield Messiah ben Joseph until his part of the mission is complete.

During the span of this work, there will be a period marked by “upheavals in family life, convulsions in social order, intense and prolonged human suffering, rampant heresy and immorality, and worldwide warfare and devastation.” Along with all of this, religious thought will “become foolish” and “truth will be lacking” and hard to find. This is what Amos described:

"Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord:

"And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it."

Calamities and natural disasters are said to occur around the time of the birth of Messiah ben Joseph. Four massive earthquakes that killed tens of thousands of people shook the Americas and there was a major volcanic eruption that nearly caused a severe famine within the first ten years of Joseph Smith’s life.

Miracles will accompany his arrival, and his work will “arouse both terror and fury in the lands of Christendom.” Following his death, the remnants of Israel will be driven into the wilderness. Enoch prophesied of this in the apocryphal Book of Enoch, stating that they’d travel in chariots from the east. However, Dr. Joseph Klausner, the Hebrew professor Skousen quotes, translates “chariots” as “wagons.”

The coolest part of all of this to me personally is this: the Samaritans refer to Messiah ben Joseph as a prophet who will come to restore faith and “the true Law.” The word they use is taeb, which means “he who restores.”

Nephi, son of Helaman

Helaman had proven through his faithfulness and diligence that he stood blameless before God, 'Therefore, O ye that embark in the service of God, see that ye serve him with all your heart, might, mind and strength, that ye may stand blameless before God at the last day' (D&C 4:2). Nephi had done just that, and because of his diligence, he was about to receive a great blessing from the Lord according to the promise, 'All victory and glory is brought to pass unto you through your diligence, faithfulness, and prayers' (D&C 103:36).

Unfortunately, most of us have a difficult time with diligence. To us the Lord has said, 'be not weary in well-doing, for ye are laying the foundation of a great work...The Lord requireth the heart and a willing mind; and the willing and obedient shall eat the good of the land of Zion in these last days' (D&C 64:33-34). And so, it is our charge to be as Nephi, not weary in well-doing, but diligent - serving him with all our heart, might, mind and strength.

Blessed art thou, Nephi, for those things which thou hast done; for I have beheld how thou hast with unwearyingness declared the word, which I have given unto thee, unto this people. And thou hast not feared them, and hast not sought thine own life, but hast sought my will, and to keep my commandments (Helaman 10:4)

Joseph Smith taught that one of our goals should be to prove to the Lord that we are willing to serve him at all hazards. This means that we are willing to lay down our life for the cause. It means that we are willing to submit our will to the Lord's. It means that we are willing to follow the counsel, 'For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it' (Matthew 16:25). Nephi is a great example of this principle. He was willing to preach to hardened Nephites. At the peril of his own life, he openly declared the wickedness of secret combinations in the very presence of these secret murderers. He undoubtedly had proven himself in a myriad of different ways in a myriad of circumstances which are not recorded in our abridged record. He had served the Lord "at all hazards."

And now, because thou hast done this with such unwearyingness, behold, I will bless thee forever; and I will make thee mighty in word and in deed, in faith and in works; yea, even that all things shall be done unto thee according to thy word, for thou shalt not ask that which is contrary to my will.

Behold, thou art Nephi, and I am God. Behold, I declare it unto thee in the presence of mine angels, that ye shall have power over this people, and shall smite the earth with famine, and with pestilence, and destruction, according to the wickedness of this people. (Helaman 10:5-6)

Nowhere else in the scriptures is there an instance in which the Lord so completely places his implicit trust in one of his prophets. In effect, Nephi is given a "blank check" from the Lord. He is given the privilege of using the powers of the Lord however he seems fit because the Lord knows that he was not capable of 'unrighteous dominion' (D&C 121:39). This "blank check" is granted because Nephi had become one with God. This is what the Lord had prayed for in his intercessory prayer, 'That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us' (Johnn 17:21). Well, Nephi had accomplished this remarkable task. The result was the great blessing of God's power, the blessing of the sealing power, and the reassurance that his life was in accordance with the will of God.

Behold, I give unto you power, that whatsoever ye shall seal on earth shall be sealed in heaven; and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven; and thus shall ye have power among this people (Helaman 10:7).
